A West Virginia man is under arrest and facing dozens of charges after authorities said he was running an illegal gambling operation at an arcade near Boynton Beach.
PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. Palm Beach County police arrested a West Virginia man on Wednesday after a months-long investigation into his illegal gambling operat
