Over the past few years, folks of the 21-and-over set have fallen in love with seltzers.
Be it White Claw, High Noon, Truly or any of the other lightly flavored, bubbly, spiked drinks companies like Budweiser and Miller have churned out, seltzers are a refreshing, low-calorie beverage favored by many wishing to avoid the heaviness of beer.
Now, two New Jersey natives may have created the next-best-thing: spiked coconut water. The company is called Osena, and its founders are Chris Allen, 30, who grew up in East Brunswick and now lives in Weehawken, and Vincente Surraco, 28, originally from Montclair and currently living in Morristown.
