Zamora also admitted to three sentence enhancers of crimes of violence with the use of a weapon. Part of his plea agreement stipulated that he would be charged as an adult.

The hearing will decide if the Greeley boy, who has not been officially identified, will be charged in the incident as an adult or remain in the system as a juvenile as he continues his case.
The teen is scheduled to next appear for a three-day transfer hearing from June 10-12; a transfer hearing is held to determine if a juvenile defendant should face charges as an adult, after which an arraignment date can be scheduled.
