Members of the 53 rd National Legislature clandestinely passed a law during the regime of ex-Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf exempting members of the legislative, executive, judicial branches of the Liberian government and others from traffic congestion.

Plenary took the decision on Tuesday following a motion filed by Representative Dixon Seboe after the report of its specialized committee set up to investigate APM Terminals’ operations in Liberia.
