A special NIA court said that dismissed policeman Riyazuddin Kazi, arrested in the Antilia bomb scare case, had destroyed the evidence at the behest of co-accused Sachin Vaze and thus aided in the offence committed under the UAPA.
A special court in Mumbai on Tuesday denied bail to dismissed policeman Riyazuddin Kazi, who was arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for his alleged role in the Antilia bomb scare and Mansukh Hiran murder case.
