TOWN OF ULSTER, N.Y. â Two Kingston residents are facing charges after they were found with approximately 200 bags of heroin and fentanyl during a traffic stop, the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team (URGENT) said.
Jason T. Pease, 29, and Jennifer Krom, 39, were both arrested during a traffic stop on Tuesday, Dec. 1, in the Town of Ulster after an investigation into alleged sales and trafficking of heroin and fentanyl in northern Ulster County, authorities said. The approximately 200 bags of drugs were found on them both and hidden in the vehicle, they added.
Pease and Krom were charged with the felonies of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to an URGENT press release. It also said that Krom was also charged with tampering with physical evidence, a felony, and that Pease was additionally charged with criminal impersonation for providing the identity of another pers
