New Retail, Restaurant Development Breaks Ground In Tulsa’s Pearl District The Tulsa Property Group broke ground Thursday on a new restaurant and retail space just south of Centennial Park.  Developers said this is not only a space for those who live near Centennial Park, but a place for everyone in Tulsa to enjoy.  This latest space is second phase of Tulsa Property Group’s development at Centennial Park. Part of what we re doing now, is just bringing something to the community, says Luke Westerfield with Tulsa Property Group.  Phase one of the project was 54 apartments as part of the Village Flats Complex, which is now complete. The second phase will add 24 more apartments, plus 7,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
