PITTSBURGH - An Etna woman wants payback from Walmart after she was knocked over by a four-year-old running around in the store on Village Center Dr. in Tarentum.
According to the complaint filed April 12 in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, plaintiff Jennifer Synan was shopping at the Walmart on April 12, 2019, and was in the same aisle as an unidentified customer and his young child.
Synan says the boy was running dangerously, recklessly and negligently back and forth in the aisle, and that when she attempted to step aside, she was knocked over by the toddler and fell backwards.
