Two students from Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School raised $1,000 to buy Christmas meals for families that could use the extra help over the Holidays.
The two students and their family, who wish to remain anonymous, usually attend Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School, but are currently being home schooled due to COVID-19.

Our Lady of Fatima principal Andrew Chi called the students’ initiative “generous and positive.”
“This family decided, as part of home schooling, was to do something positive for the community so they created the fundraising poster, contacted community members, saved their own allowances to fundraise around $1,000 for Christmas dinners for other families during Christmas,” he said.
