Bear, a chocolate-coloured Sprocker spaniel, was found hiding under a car at Quarry Auto Spares, a scrapyard in Wyke, yesterday. The scrapyard’s owner called Bear’s owner to say the beloved pet was hungry and crying under the car. His owners picked the dog up from the scrapyard and he was taken to Vets4Pets in Brighouse. Bear was fine but had lost 2kg in weight while he was missing.
