Carmen Jean Togstad Paulson, 96, of Maddock, ND passed away Sunday September 4, 2022 at Heartland Care Center in Devils Lake, ND. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday September 8, 2022 at the Viking Lutheran Church in rural Maddock with Pastor Mike Flowers officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will take place in the Viking Lutheran Church Cemetery.
