A drowned toddler was found in the ocean off an idyllic cove in Fiji after the girl apparently freed herself from being strapped to a boat deck while her parents were making dinner below.

Māhina Toki, from New Zealand's Great Barrier Island, was on holiday on her family's yacht which was docked at Fiji's Musket Cove when she wriggled free of her harness and fell in the water
