Speaking to ANI, the CPI(M) leader said, He (Yogi Adityanath) is less of a chief minister and more of an ambassador of hate. He went to Kerala, where the unity of the people, ensures that the state is number one on the all-important social indicators like health, education, social security, food security.

UP CM Adityanath was in Kerala on Sunday for BJP s Vijay Yatra (ANI) KASARAGOD: Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday slammed the Left front government in Kerala for allegedly not taking any constructive steps to stop love jihad in the state. Though the Kerala High Court had made remarks against love jihad in 2009, the state government had done nothing so far to check it, he claimed here. However, his (Uttar Pradesh) government had brought out legislation to regulate love jihad and forceful conversions, Yogi said after inaugurating the state-wide Vijay Yatra led by BJP state unit president K Surendran ahead of the state assembly elections expected to be held in April-May.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday raised the love jihad issue in poll-bound Kerala, slamming successive LDF and UDF governments for not enacting any legislation to check it despite strong court observation . Though the Kerala High Court had made observations against forceful religious conversion under the guise of love in 2009, the subsequent state governments were sleeping , he said, kicking off the BJP s campaign for the assembly polls in the state, likely by April-May. He also alleged that the governments headed by the CPI (M) and the Congress in the state indulged in corruption activities and had not done anything for the people.
