Due to concerns about the pandemic and about security following the Jan. 6 storming of the U.S. Capitol, the inauguration of President Joe Biden was a relatively muted affair with limited attendance. So perhaps it’s all the more impressive that a representative of Mountain View found herself among the select few observing the festivities in Washington, D.C., last week.
