Vietnam’s industrial production is faced with high problems caused by a rise in costs and material shortages, which are undermining the country’s economic outlook.
Despite continuing supply chain disruption, domestic industrial production is still on an uptrend, promising a brighter picture for economic growth in Vietnam.
Vietnam s national index of industrial production increased 5.4 percent year on year in the first two months of this year. The processing and manufacturing sector, the main driver of the surge, went up 6.1 percent.
