床墊結構主要分為三大層
床墊的表布層現在都不是單純的一塊布了，而是由好幾層不同功能性的材料堆疊在一起，為了美觀性，還會添加樹脂棉與高密度泡棉來增加厚度，利用車花的樣式，讓床墊的表面看起來蓬鬆、美觀又舒適。
使用了這些墊材的表布，也會增加床墊的柔軟、舒適與服貼度。
每家床墊使用的材料、厚度、密度、成分都不同，最後呈現出來的舒適度也都不同，再加上搭配的彈簧支撐性不一樣，最後的躺感也會有所差異。
