The campaign to tackle old and unsafe motorbikes, which are responsible for a large portion of vehicle emissions in Vietnam’s big cities, was initiated on Monday in Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward in Thu Duc City. Traffic police officers spent Tuesday handling motorbikes in bad conditions in Cho Lon, District 5.
