After falling in love with Vietnamese banh mi, a popular type of local sandwich, British chef Luke Farrell on August 2 decided to open a banh mi pop-up shop on New Oxford street in London.
A menu of "fast and furious" flavours, remorseless wok cookery, roast meats, and puckering dipping sauces will arrive at Luke Farrell and JKS Restaurants’s Speedboat this autumn, which follows Plaza Khao Gaeng at Arcade Food Hall
