Fire devastation at the winter brook apartments in west chester chester. A two alarm fire destroyed two units and held firefighters at bay for more than a half an hour as they took on the flames. Very fast, yes. A lot of smoke a lot of flames. Reporter penny says she was paying bills in her first floor apartment when the alarm went off upstairs. I look out and saw smoke.
