Ten cases were reported overall - but four of them were already announced on Thursday.
The Victorian Department of Health confirmed all the cases were linked to known outbreaks and announced there were 36 active cases in the state.

Overnight more than 100 hotspots were named by health authorities as people wake up on their first of five days of lockdown.

Anyone who has visited a Tier 1 location during the identified times must get tested immediately and quarantine for 14 days from the exposure:

Victorian health authorities have named more than 100 COVID hotspots as the state wakes up to its first morning back in lockdown.

An MCG bar has been added to Victoria’s growing list of COVID exposure sites after health authorities reported community transmission between footy fans and the state was plunged into a five-day snap lockdown.
Premier Daniel Andrews declared he had “no choice” but to send Victorians into their fifth lockdown of the pandemic from 11.59pm on Thursday as the number of COVID-hit venues swelled.
