Moline Police say they are waiting for lab results to pass the results on to the Rock Island County State's Attorney for final consideration of criminal charges.
Victoria Dickey, 17, died in a car crash Saturday, Feb. 19 on 35th Avenue in Moline. The Moline Police Department is conducting a criminal investigation.
