An Abuja-based property developer, Mr Cecil Osakwe, has challenged the legality of a case brought against him by the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation and the Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami. The AGF had in the charge accused Osakwe of electricity theft to the tune of N11million. But Osakwe, through his lawyer, Mr Victor Giwa, accused the Federal Ministry of Justice of being used to harass and intimidate his client.
