Northern Star
DeKALB – The DeKalb Back Alley Market will start 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 8. It will take place between 1st St. and 3rd St. and feature products from local vendors as well as one vendor from Kentucky.
Co-coordinator Leslie Conklin said there will be just shy of 50 vendors selling antique and vintage items, upcycled jewelry and organic, handmade health products such as candles and even dog treats.
This year there will be no food vendors, but attendees are encouraged to go to local restaurants, Conklin said.
The Egyptian Theatre, 135 N 2nd St., will have their doors open for vendors and food concessions for attendees, Conklin said.
