HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital

SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – The first COVID-19 vaccinations to health care workers at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital were administered on Tuesday, providing a “light at the end of the tunnel” according to St. Nicholas President and CEO Justin Selle.
The first treatment to prevent infection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19 was given to a number of St. Nicholas Hospital and Prevea Health employees. Workers of those two institutions will continue being vaccinated over the coming days and weeks.
One of the first to receive the vaccine was Vicki Zimmerman, an environmental services associate at St. Nicholas, who said: “I am very excited and grateful to be vaccinated today, and feel a greater sense of safety.”
