The Manitoulin Health Centre Board of directors is looking for a new permanent CEO.
Board chair, Terry Olmstead says Lynn Foster, who was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2018, is no longer with the organization and thanked her for her contributions over the years.
He says there will be two interim co-CEOs appointed for the time being.
They are Paula Fields, the Vice-President of Clinical Services & Chief Nursing Officer and Tim Vine, the Vice-President Corporate Support Services & Chief Financial Officer.
Olmstead says both individuals have extensive experience and the hospital centres will be in good hands during the transition.
The search for a new CEO is now underway and the board hopes to have someone in place soon.
