Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano officiated the wedding of 60 couples at the "Kasalang Bayan" or town wedding held at the Pasay City Astrodome on Saturday, Feb. 24.
Rubiano, Congressman Antonino Calixto and Vice Mayor Ding Del Roasio served as godparents of the couples.
