Stacey Greene-Fenlon became the first woman and first person not connected to Chicago government to chair the Chicago fishing advisory committee on Thursday.
The hope, as the Chicago Fishing Advisory Committee met after the summer hiatus on Sept. 21, is that Mayor Brandon Johnson will resume the long tradition of Chicago mayors sending a representative.
