Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has slammed outgoing executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward following the European Super League fiasco, and called for him and the Glazers to explain their reasons for originally signing up for the competition.
Ex-Sheffield United man Ravel Morrison linked with Huddersfield switch February 18, 2021
The former Sheffield United midfielder is a free agent after leaving ADO Den Haag in January.
Morrison had signed with the Dutch side until the end of the season, but his deal was ended early.
Now Sun reporter Alan Nixon claims Huddersfield want to bring in the 28-year-old to check on his fitness ahead of a possible move.
It would see Morrison return to English football for the first time since leaving the Blades last summer.
The Jamaica international played just four times for United, though, as he failed to break into Chris Wilder’s first team plans.
