A national home builder wants to fill 250 vacant acres on the Southwest Side with more than 1,200 single-family homes many of which are projected to be priced at less than $265,000 and is seeking city incentives to do it.
Lennar Corp. is eyeing two projects in the area with a combined pricetag of more than $170 million.

Future housing developments that get funding from the City of San Antonio could soon lose that money if they deny tenants that pay with housing vouchers.
