As Asian American justice, we see the bravery of so many workers, from all backgrounds to come forward to fight for their workplace rights, to fight for minimum wage, to be paid over time and be granted meal and rest breaks. Im proud to say that over the last several years our organization has recovered 1. 5 million in under wages for our workers. I want to acknowledge one of my colleagues amy bond who is in the audience. She meets with workers everyday to inform them of their rights and to bring wage claims before the city an before the state to fight for workers.
