Lecture this was created to share scholarship and insights into the life and times of marshall washington. It was made possible through a generous grant from the foundation of richmond virginia. Today its Exciting Program celebrates the publication of an important book. The papers awash Martha Washington. One many years in the making. It is actually part and related to a much bigger project, the papers of George Washington with the project began with the ambitious aim of publishing all of George Washingtons account but has since expanded to include other members of his family.
