Now living in Hackensack, New Jersey, his day job was working for an essential retail business that had stayed open through the pandemic. Until it filed for bankruptcy. I got laid off yesterday, he said over the phone last week. It s a fun and exciting time all around.
So Brady, 35, noted that Today s the first official day of being laid off. I ve already submitted my unemployment paperwork. I m looking at a handful of places. We ll cross those bridges when we get to them.
