The B.C. Supreme Court has ruled out another challenge by the City of Vernon against the reinstatement of a Vernon firefighter who was videoed having sex with a colleague at work.
In a release on Tuesday, Supreme Court Justice Elizabeth McDonald said she could not find that it had been patently unreasonable for the B.C. Labour Relations Board to overrule the firing of the pair in March 2018.
