A Coosa man has been arrested on a felony warrant charging him with theft by deception.
According to an arrest warrant:
35-year-old Vernon Blake Smith Jr. w
Vernon Blake Smith Jr, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he deceptively made another person believe he would haul loads of lumber for him.
