Handle snow in the south. Theyve had two this week, two storms this week, this is the second one. We keep telling you we kept telling you yesterday, it is a southern storm. You can see heavy snow falling around norfolk virginia, raleigh, North Carolina right near the rainsnow line, and it looks like there may be a discrepancy between rain and snow as this storm starts to sneak in to southern delaware.
