CityPlace Burlington to build out smaller and slower | Vermont Business Magazine

Artist rendering of CityPlace. Courtesy. by Bruce Edwards, Vermont Business Magazine Burlington has been holding its collective breath for a transformative housing, retail and commercial project in the heart of the downtown to literally get off the ground and get vertical.  But over the ensuing year the city’s hopes have been met with disappointment and frustration, leaving a gaping hole in the city center where the pedestrian mall once stood. This time, however, developer Don Sinex promises a different outcome. At one point, Sinex had turned over the project to his partners Brookfield Asset Management. But Brookfield backed out of the project leaving Sinex once again in charge with three local partners.

Zero Gravity introduces non-alcoholic IPA

Mon, 01/04/2021 - 5:04am tim Vermont Business Magazine Burlington based brewery Zero Gravity, in collaboration with Kris Nelson of Citizen Cider, is launching a brand new non-alcoholic beer called Rescue Club. Rescue Club IPA is a non-alcoholic beer of the highest quality born from New England’s craft brewing culture. This IPA is not like the non-alcoholic beers you’ve had before. Rescue Club said that it uses a proprietary technique to deliver a beer that is free of alcohol but full of flavor. It offers a non-alcoholic option that doesn’t sacrifice the refreshing hop character you crave. Rescue Club IPA is brewed by Rescue Club Brewing Company, a partnership between Zero Gravity Craft Brewery and Citizen Cider Co-Founder Kris Nelson.
