The team behind London s Santa Maria pizza mini chain is launching a vegan spin-off called Vergine Maria.
The exclusively plant-based project will take over the site of Santa Maria’s original restaurant in Ealing with the company set to move its flagship site to a different location in the West London borough.
Originally planned to coincide with Veganuary, the launch date has since been pushed back due to lockdown restrictions. We have always wanted to start a vegan project, we strongly believe that a plant-based diet is a sustainable and viable alternative that in the near future will be even more popular,” the team posted on Instagram this week.
