Officials with the Ventnor Police Department say it was an exciting afternoon for two of their officers on Thursday when they helped deliver a baby at a home.
A man's apparent suicide on Saturday afternoon just prior to the scheduled beginning of the annual Ventnor Christmas Parade caused a short delay in the start of the parade.
