We smashed some, broke the record in philadelphia by a degree so far, but wilmington broke the record by six degrees, allentown broke a record by eight degrees. That is unheard of. 69 degrees in philly now, 70 in northeast philly. Near 70 in dover and, of course, the warm air continues across the entire region. Showers approaching, not especially heavy or quickly, so most of the afternoon rush looks like its going to be dry, but you can see, obviously, some of that rain that is going to be moving in as we head toward 6 00, 7 00 tonight. Outside the logan section. Reporter this all happened quickly. The grandmother pulled up and parked. One of her grand kids heading into this day care. Two others waiting for a ride. Nobody knows who this man was that approached them. A grandmother parked at the day care and began getting her grand kids out of the car. A man walked up and began talking to her. The day care director did not want to appear on camera but showed us this video. Theyve never seen him before. The video shows him walking away with two of the children. I was very scared. Reporter their mother spoke with us tonight. I dont know who this man is. No one knows who this man is. We dont know who he is now. Reporter normally someone who works to the day care drives two of the kids to an elementary school. Foster assumed this man worked for the day care. Grandma said its okay, so let me go. Reporter after the grandmother brought the youngest child inside, the group was walking in the wrong direction about a block away.

Busses for the Los Angeles Unified School district are not moving this morning. More than 640thousand students from kindergarten through high school were told to stay home. This after at least one School Board Member received an electronic bomb threat. I think it is important that i take the precaution based on what has happened recently and what has happened in the past. Now about 12hundred schools are closed while Police Search every single building. Weve chosen to close our schools until we can be absolutely sure campuses are safe. A cafeteria worker from one school said the threat is extremely unsettling. Oh my god, im so scared. And at the same time i feel like, really angry, because they just trying to scare us. And you know, theyre doing it. Officials have asked businesses in the area to be flexible with their employees today who may need to stay home to take care of their children.
