IN THE COURTS: 17 people who have appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court. ALEXANDRE DOS SANTOS DE GOUVEIA, 44, of Argyle Road, Southampton. Found guilty of drink driving. Fined £600 and disqualified for four months. Ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £400 court costs. JUSTIN PETER HARRIS, 44, of Derby Road, Southampton. Found guilty of exposure and using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Community order made until April next year to include ten rehabilitation activity days. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £100 court costs. JAROSLAW FLORCZAK, 42, of Edelvale Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Fined £150 and disqualified for 36 months. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.
