Look at the West Richmond side of the richmondsan rafael bridge. The breezes are the big issue until the heaviest of the rain rolls in. The it will stay in the north bay until 7 00. From 7 00 to noon well get intense downpours and flooding on the roadways. Then tomorrows with dangerous lightning and hail during the afternoon hours. That will taper in the evening hours. A Dodge Charger was driving northbound in the southbound lanes and crashed into a mercedes and right now were hearing that southbound 1 will be closed for a while. Police say they were running five massage parlors in livermore, tracy and brentwood. Reporter police estimate 25 women were victimized, five at each location. Police say they came here to the United States looking for a better life. Instead as police put it, they were held hostage. Reporter police say this parlor owner and her boyfriend both from livermore promised women from china ranging in age from 20 to 25 the american dream. Instead they lived a life of horror. Theyre essentially held hostage and forced into prostitution. Theyre told that they owe a debt. And that they need to work that debt off. Reporter police say their investigation started a year ago when Community Members suspected prostitution here at elite foot and back. When they first moved on, we were suspicious right away. Checking some rain possibly moving into the northbay. The brunt of the system moves in friday afternoon, friday night. And rain for expectation you can see, not just a few hundred, the bay area in general, two inches of rain. That will be in the northbay. Hills will be to fort it just.
