Detectives met with Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson to hand over a criminal affidavit naming Mary Jo Frazier, former manager of boulder city animal control, on 37 felony counts of animal cruelty. Boulder city officials continue to claim that Police Administrator conger did the right thing when he allowed Mary Jo Frazier to retire rather than face criminal charges.
