Designers are coming together to fight for a #FurFree Britain. Designers Stella McCartney,Vivienne Westwood, Katharine Hamnett, and others, alongside popular department stores, have written an open letter to Prime Minister Boris Johnson, urging him to ban fur sales, according to Humane Society International (HSI).
The designers’ letter to Prime Minister Boris Johnson reads: “fashion, driven by consumers and enabled by innovation, is evolving to make animal fur obsolete, as more and more luxury fashion designers and high street retailers eliminate it from their collections.
