Dine-Out to Benefit Marion Schools Next Week
You can help out the Marion Independent and Linn-Mar school districts next week just by going out to eat!
Instead of cooking next Thursday night, consider taking the family out to dinner at one of the great restaurants here in the Corridor! 20 different restaurants in the area will take part in the Dine Out for Our Schools fundraiser on April 22nd. If you choose to dine-out at one of the participating restaurants, your money will help out some local school districts. The Facebook event page says: A portion of your total bill will be donated back to the schools, directed to the Linn-Mar and Marion Ind. School Foundations, which benefit PreK-12th grade students in the two school districts through a variety of classroom grants, district-wide programs and scholarships.
