TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The No. 4 Florida State softball team (39-8, 16-2) will play host to in-state rival No. 15 Florida (32-14, 8-10) in front of what is expected to be a capacity crowd on Wednesday night at JoAnne Graf Field. First pitch is set for 6 p.m. and can be seen on ACC Network Extra or heard on 96.5 FM, Seminoles.com or the Varsity Sports Network. The Seminoles have been on fire as of late and are winners of 18 out of their last 20 games. The Seminoles are in control of first place in the ACC with a 16-2 record and a two-game lead over Clemson with just six conference games remaining. The Gators come to town after being swept on the road at No. 3 Tennessee. The Seminoles have won the past three meetings against the Gators including a 2-1 win and a 4-2 in the 2022 season.
