Owner among 2 dead in shooting at Long Island deli

COPIAGUE, N.Y. - A suspect is in custody after two men were killed and two others were wounded in a shooting at a Long Island deli, police said.
Suffolk County police responded to a report of shots fired at the La Vaquita Corp. deli in Copiague just after 6 p.m. Saturday. When they arrived they found four men had been shot.
Manuel Cruz-Hernandez, 47, of Copiague, died at the scene. Bolivar Rodriguez, 61, who owned the deli, died later at a hospital.
The other two men who were shot, Juan Ramone Avilla Roque, 30, and Daniel E. Acosta, 40, were taken to hospitals with serious injuries, police said.
