The District Attorney Nancy Omalley announced possible criminal charges in the fire that claimed the investigation will include individuals like the Building Owner and founder of the Art Collective as well as entities, up to, and including the city of oakland, charged with enforcing the building and safety codes many claim were violated before the fire.
