Fayetteville, Ark.- The 24
th ranked Arkansas Swim and Dive team will send seven members of the team to Greensboro, N.C. for the 2021 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.
The event will take place in Greensboro, N.C. at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. The Razorbacks will have six swimmers at the meet. Peyton Palsha (500 Free, 400 IM and 1650 Free), Emily Barclay (50 and 100 Free), Kobie Melton (50 Free, 100 Free and 100 Back), Vanessa Herrmann (100 and 200 Breast), Adela Vavrinova (200 and 400 IM) and Andrea Sansores (50 Free and 100 Back) will be competing in swimming events.
Brooke Schultz will be the lone diver competing this week. She will dive in the one-meter and three-meter championships. She clinched her spots in each dive last week at the Zone D Diving Championships, by finishing fourth in the one-meter dive and second in the three-meter dive.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.- Arkansas Swim and Dive beat the Kansas Jayhawks on Friday afternoon, winning the meet 226-74.
The Razorback divers kept their great season going, as Maha Amer grabbed her first victory as a Razorback, winning the three-meter dive with a score of 366.60. Brooke Schultz (338.25) and Esti Mosena (325.65) followed suit and secured second and third place, respectively. They continued their great showing in the one-meter dive as well, with Schultz taking the win with a score of 329.48. Mosena (288.08) and Amer (287.18) followed by grabbing second and third place, respectively.
In the 1000-yard freestyle, senior Peyton Palsha broke the pool record and got the win with a time of 9:44.86. th ranked Arkansas Swim and Dive team took home the win on Friday afternoon with a final score of 171-63.
The Razorbacks started the day strong, by winning the 400-yard medley relay. Andrea Sansores, Vanessa Herrmann, Adela Vavrinova and Kobie Melton combined for a time of 3:46.53. Peyton Palsha took home the victory in the 1650-yard freestyle with a time of 16:57.58. In the 50-yard freestyle, Emily Barclay touched the wall first with a time of 23.66.
The 200-yard butterfly was dominated by the Hogs, with Adela Vavrinova taking the top spot with a time of 2:03.85 followed by Lizzy Linartas (2:06.07) and Anna Ervin (2:07.56). The 200-yard backstroke was also dominated by the Hogs, with Abby Pfeifer taking the win with a time of 2:04.20 followed by Maddie Pearl (2:06.21) and Rachel Rodriguez (2:08.64).
