ALEXANDRIA A 26-year-old woman from North Glengarry is facing three charges as SDG OPP continued an investigation into an assault with a weapon that took place at a residence on Main Street on Dec. 16.
Officers’ initial response determined a man had been attacked with an edged weapon, causing a non-life threatening stab wound, by the suspect, who fled the scene and wasn’t located that evening. The man was taken to hospital for treatment of his injuries. On Tuesday, police arrested and charged the suspect.
