A man named Zachary Ratcliffe was walking along the Vancouver Seawall already recording a video when he saw two officers off on the beach who appeared to be laughing and taking photos. As Zachary got closer he noticed what looked to be a dead body on the beach and he straight up asked them point blank, on video, if it was a deceased person, and they actually confirmed it. Again, ALL ON VIDEO!! Apparently the officers had responded to the call of the body found and were waiting for the coroner to arrive, and what better way to kill time than to take pics with the body you just found! face palm Bad idea. Extremely disrespectful. The officers have basically been assigned to desk duty for the time being. The video is going viral, you can watch it below!
